What is the cost of your service?
Since every property is different every service's pricing is going to vary. We can typically give a rough estimate over the phone for residential. Commercial properties typically need to be priced on-site.
Do you use harsh chemicals?
Most homes and businesses do not require the use of harsh chemicals for pressure washing. However if you need stains removed such as rust or calcium deposits we may need to use stronger solutions.
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Depending on the location of your home or business as well as neighborhood conditions and traffic, you window cleaning frequency may be anywhere from 3 months to a year. Storefront client will likely need their windows cleaned every 1-4 weeks.
Do you only clean windows?
No we also offer pressure washing and gutter cleaning.
How do you clean windows?
Depending on the property we may clean your windows using a pure water system that employs a water-fed pole with a soft brush or we will use a squeegee. Our Basic Window Cleaning includes cleaning of glass to remove dirt and elemental non construction debris removed. Frames, sills and ledges are wiped clean. Cleaning of Screens and Tracks can be done for an additional charge.
