Will it affect your plants?
The chemical treatment we use on your roof is strong enough to kill the offending bacteria, algae, moss and lichen that is growing there, so it is strong enough to kill plants. However we pre-treat drip zones with water and a neutralizing agent just in case any chemical comes off your roof onto the ground below. We cover sensitive areas with tarps and we always have someone on the ground for this reason. However the most import precaution we take is in applying the chemical as-needed. We take our time and we guarantee your plants will be protected and healthy when we visit your property.
